Teaching Ethical Behavior
Understanding the importance of practicing ethical behavior in the workplace is extremely imperative for the students of today. As long as there is business being done, there will always be ethical dilemmas. You as a student will almost certainly be confronted with a difficult scenario in the workplace regardless of what profession you choose.
We have seen many people in the past decade chose the wrong path by making unethical choices. Whether it be the executives from Enron or Bernie Madoff, poor decisions have been made that have led to financial catastrophes, and many people have lost everything. It is now up to you as students to restore the importance of ethical behavior in the workplace.
