Part 1
You will be in pre-set groups of four (4). Once in your groupp you will divide the responsibilities so each person has one of the following roles:
1. Banker-keeps track of the monies being spent and makes sure the group is staying within budget.
2. Representative for the family-keeps in mind who this trip is being planned for and makes sure all activities are fun and educational as well.
3. Time Keeper-makes sure the trips stays within the time frame and all sites have been visited.
4. Efficiency Expert-makes sure all members of the group are staying on task.
Part 2
Once you have decided your roles, begin to research and work on planning the trip. These ideas will help you in your decision making process. Keep your roles in mind as you work.

Part 3
Once you have planned your trip, create a report which has an estimation of how much you spent, each days activities, and the reason behind some decision making. Your report has to include a daily outline of activities. The format you use to record this information is up tothe group members.
