Process

As a team, you will create a healthy "diet" and exercise program for a tennager in your grade level (9th Grade).

You will investigate specific topics such as:

               Daily Caloric Intake, Portion control, Recommended daily exercise amounts, the different types of fats, health benfits and the consequences if you dont eat healthy.

Throughout your research, create a concept map or chart (whatever is easiest for you to take notes) with information about the listed topics above. Once all information is researched, create a poster-size version of your notes to present to your fellow classmates.
