This website will invite students to become explorers of the oceans. By working in groups and individually they will be learning about different influences that help to make each ocean unique.

Teacher Introduction

This webquest has been formatted to guide my students through the process of discovering the oceans, while building in the scaffolding necessary for them to achieve the expected outcome as reflected in their curriculum. My journey in this quest was to guide my students, while at the same time offering them many choices in the process and product of this unit. Also, this webquest allows me to enhance my cross-curricular instruction in many ways, as well as allowing me to introduce my students to the internet as a means of research.
