Thinking about college can be overwhelming. There are so many decisions to make. In this webquest you will tackle a variety of tasks to make your college exploration more manageable and enjoyable. You will create a student folder or portfolio to organize everything you learn and keep track of all the important information you are receiving. You will break your exploration down into these steps:
Step 1: Get started with a plan.
Step 2: Explore college costs.
Step 3. Explore careers and interests.
Step 4. Search for scholarships.
Step 5. Apply for scholarships.
A good option for your student portfolio would be a three-ring binder and expandable file folder. Keep a printed paper copy of all materials in the physical portfolio and save an electronic version to a disc or CD.
