Scholarship Checklist
To make your scholarship search a success you must have completed the tasks below.
_____1. Make your action plan with a timeline.
_____2. Practice for or take the PSAT, SAT and/or ACT.
_____3. Use the financial calculators to explore college costs and create a budget.
_____4. Explore your career interests and job market.
_____5. Make sure you and your parents understand how to file the FAFSA.
_____6. Search and find at least 10 scholarships for which you qualify.
_____7. Create a resume.
_____8. Write a scholarship essay.
_____9. Apply for as many scholarships as you can.
If you have completed these steps you are ready for the conclusion.
