Process

  1. This process involves students working in groups of 2 or 3.
  2.  The students will then look up information involving the BMI chart, Categories of Obesity, What causes obesity, health risk associated with obesity, the United States obesity rate chart for 2007, and preventive measures to take using the following resources:

  3. The students are to comlete a PowerPoint with at least 10 slides about obesity.  The PowerPoint should include something on every topic included above.  The PowerPoint should include an Table of Contents and a Introduction page.  There should also be two pictures included in this presentation.
  4. The students should be ready to present this material to the class during the next time period.
