This particular WebQuest is designed for 11th graders in an advanced placement U.S. History course.  The assignment is also intended as a major final project, because it incorporates a broad chronology of history.  Because of the advanced level of research and interpretation of information, this WebQuest requires substantial alteration for younger and lower performing students.
