This webquest is focused on the Texas Revolution. Students will look at people from both sides of the revolution, Texas and Mexico. They will write short letters about the experiences of the people involved. They are learning research skills and increasing the depth of their knowledge of social studies content.

Introduction

 We have learned about many of the people in the Texas Revolution so far, but what have we learned about the people on the other side? What about the people on the Mexican side of the revolution? We know Santa Ana and his army but who were some of his generals and participants and what are their stories? In this Webquest, we want to explore the lives of all the people involved in the Texas Revolution and learn more about their experiences before, during and after the revolution.
