Teacher Process
This WebQuest should take the students approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the length of a class period. Prior to completing this activity the students will have had some instruction and exerpience with estimating numbers as well as with integers, decimals and whole numbers. In addition to time for class being reserved for the WebQuest, 1-2 days should be reserved for the students to present their trip to the class. This allows students to see all the different possibilities that exist when creating a budget.
