Teacher Process
This webquest should take around two weeks to complete. The first week students would be introduced to the Webquest and would begin their individual research. During the second week the students will create their PowerPoint slides as a group. You will need to put your students into groups of three for this webquest and monitor them as they complete the webquest. If computer access is limited you could print out the webquest and the necessary information from the websites provided. Students could use the computers to access the online interactive games and to create their PowerPoint. You could also have students create posters instead of a PowerPoint presentation. Free time could be spent reading the suggested books to further their understanding of our government.
