Poem is very well thought out, enjoyable to read, takes elements from your research and tells about the country that your group chose.

Not very well thought out, not very well researched, off topic.   Not very well thought out, not very well researched, still needs to be on topic. Very well thought out, well researched, well delivered, pleasing to both audio and visual senses. Very well thought out, well researched, well delivered, persuades someone to live there, pleasing to your visual and audio senses.
Teamwork Teammates struggled to get along. Refused to let their differences go and could not focus on the task. Rude or disrespectful to peers.   Teammates struggled and had to deligate tasks. As a team, you pulled it off but it is an individual task rather than  a team effort. Teammates have worked well together throughout most tasks. The work and ideas have mostly been well balanced.
