Author Biography

Deborah Lamer
I am a 7th Grade Language Arts teacher at Central Middle school in Long Hill Township, New Jersey. Prior to teaching in Long Hill Township, I worked as a violin instructor through my home studio as well as through a variety of local music programs. My love of literature led me to shift my teaching focus from music to English, one of the subjects I majored in as a student at Villanova University. In addition to my literary interests, I spend much of my "free" time working with my husband and our children on our alpaca farm. My hobies include: reading, fiber arts such as spinning, felting and weaving, and playing violin with the Hunterdon Symphony.
