This webquest is designed to help students learn more about writing an informational narrative, which is a 4th grade Georgia Performance Standard. Students will be researching an animal of their choice and then writing about it in an informational writing piece.
Introduction
Ever wanted to find out more about your cuddly little pet to share with your friends, but you don't know where to begin? Ever wanted to be able to impress your friends by telling them all about an animal you know? Well, fear no more because this lesson is going to help you research and organize information about your favorite pooch, horse, or even just an animal you love. Then, you will create an eye-catching Powerpoint presentation all about your choice that will teach your peers about what you've learned. Finally, you will write an informational narrative telling your peers all about the animal you choose to research.
