Teacher Process
This webquest will definitely be a long-term journey throughout the year whereas the students can work on it together in groups and effectively become private sleuths in and out the classroom setting.
To extend this quest, the resources (get a glimpse of the teacher resource page) I provided are just the tip of the iceberg for teaching students how to tell time and to go into detail about parts of a clock and why those parts are important in our every day lives.
AND OF COURSE...
This quest can be modified for all learners and if students like to work with more in their groups or less, it wouldn't be a problem. You as the teacher, have the power to change the rubric and how much you want your students to produce and turn in as a project.
