Dear Pet Counselors,

My name is Angela. I live in New York City in a small apartment with my mom, my dad, and my baby sister. I am eight years old, and would really like a pet. We are a gone a lot because my parents both work, and I go to the babysitter’s house after school. We don’t have a lot of money, so I promised my parents I would try to find a pet that wasn’t too expensive.
