Conclusion
Great Job Class!!
I know that all the books will look great in the library!
You just created a book like the many authors that we read in class. They begin with a topic they like. They then find facts and information about the topic and make great books to share with you. Each of you picked a topic, researched it, mapped your ideas and wrote a story about your flower. You even designed and made your own book!! Writing is something that can be done in a number of ways. We often do journals and letters in class, but now you can make a book! This would be a science book but you can do the same steps with any subject you like.
Let's Read Them!!
Now that your book is published, we will read them together. Exchange books with a classmate and take it home to read. Tomorrow you will write what you learned about a different flower from their book.
