This assignment is designed specifically to be used in a third grade social studies or geography class. However, the assignment can be changed to accommodate many different grade levels. For a higher grade level you can incorporate a budget or road map in order to make the task cover more material and be more challenging. A large amount of modification would be necessary to accommodate a younger class as the assignment is challenging and includes intensive reading.
