There are so many possibilities!
How will you choose?.
- Start by deciding some important things about your life. Where do you want to live? How much do you want to work? What kind of life style do you want? How much schooling are you will to complete? What area of health care interests you? What makes you happy?
- Select five possible career choices that you think will be a good fit with your likes and dislikes. You will have to do some basic research to analyze this for yourself.
- Choose the career you like the best complete the following research for your presentation:
- Career Opportunities and Trends - Is there a demand for this job? What will be the need in five to ten years? Is it a growing field? How stable is it? Why would you want to do this job?
- Job Duties - A day in the life of your career choice. What exactly do they do? Where do they do it? Who do they work with? When do they work?
- Educational And Experience Requirements - What do you have to do to get this job? What type of school do you have to go to? (Be sure to actually identify specific schools you could attend) How are you going to pay for it? (Finical aid, military, scholarships, loans etc)
- Salaries - What is the average salary? Is it equal across the country?

Is it a good source?
Once you've decided on your career choice you will need to interview a health care worker who is actually working in the field for your research. A resource list will be provided to you when needed.

As a Group - Provide an explanation of the category. Who do they work with? Type of health care? Educational requirements? Salaries?
As individuals - Present your specific careers with in the profession.
A couple of notes about your presentation:
- Planning and proper research are vital.
- Pay attention to the power point presentation pointers provided to you.
- Every member of the group must present.
- Remember who your audience is.
- Practice your presentation. (Watch your time and speak clearly and comfortably.)
- Be sure to bring props, costumes and entertain us.
