Teacher Process

This WebQuest will probably take up to two weeks. Students will research 4-5 people each and then discuss those people with their groups, which could take from 5 to 7 class sessions.  After the discussion, students will make posters which will take from 2 to 3 class sessions. 

If you don't have access to enough computers, you may want to pair the students up with students from other groups to conduct the research. 

There are some people included in this WebQuest who are not born and raised Kansans.  Hopefully, students will pick up on this when they have to decide who should be nominated for the award.
