Teacher Process
90 Minute Block Scheduling Time Frame
Day 1: Introduce fraction PowerPoint lesson. Bring in laptops. Introduce WebQuests. Have students begin brainstorming ideas.
Day 2: Media center then computer lab to research lessons, how to write children's books, and how to illustrate children's books.
Day 3 and 4: Begin and complete illustrations and writing.
Day 5: Teach peers fraction concept. Each group of 3, no more than ten minutes, no less than seven minutes.
Day 6: Go over to elementary school and teach classes...again, no more than 10 minutes lecturing.
