Process
Phase 1:
1. You will be visiting all of the following sites for reteaching and practicing. Once you have completed what you needed to do on that site, press the back arrow to return to the webquest for the next path to follow!
*definitions and step by step information
*practice on a worksheet style
* input/output machine practice
*quiz to take
*jeopardy style of game
*create your own worksheet, answer it, then check your answers
*swat the bugs with correct answer
*watch and listen to video with step by step directions
*more instruction with picture models
*cards direct you across a gameboard
2. You need to assign the members of your triad a role to play throughout the practice and task completion. One person is the Numerator. This person will be responsible for making sure the use of the numerator is properly used in the equation. One person is the Denominator. This person is responsible for the bottom number in the fraction, and must be an expert at its use in the equation. The Divider is the person responsible for working out the problem in each practice. The other two roles must verify this person's work.
3. After visiting each site, the group must complete the evaluation tool to prove their mastery of it. Each section must be filled out completely on the graphic organizer, and the members must take turns with this duty.

Now that you understand improper fractions, create a way to teach others how they are used in life. Discuss and decide as a group what example you could give from real life that would help others to see the use of improper fractions. Develop a situation where improper fractions would occur, and show how to use your understanding of it as the situation plays out. Demonstrate your thinking process (steps your took) throughout the presentation.
Choose as a group one of the following choices to display your idea:
*podcast *power point presentation
*live or video skit *model or visual
*puzzle or game *recipe or collection of recipes
*helpful tool/chart
