This WebQuest is designed with 4th graders in mind.  They will explore Colonial America, and more specifically Colonial New York through the eyes of two different groups, the Dutch and African-Americans, in North America during this period.  This unit follows a study of the Eastern Woodlands and the Native Americans who inhabited the woodlands prior to the European arrival to North America.
