Conclusion
Wow! Oversized Creations will be so impressed with these Tall Tale Team trading cards! Now that your research and design phase is complete, it's time to think about what you learned, how you learned it, and how you shared it. Think about the following questions, then we will answer them together as a class:
- What is a new fact you learned about trading cards?
- Can you think of another way we could use trading cards in our classroom, school or community?
- Were the tall tales you read the same as the ones you've heard before? how were they the same or different than the stories we read in class?
- Do you think all tall tales are based on a real person, but historians just haven't discovered the real person yet? Why or why not?
- What is another way you could share the information you gathered with your classmates? What is another way we could use trading cards in our class, school or community?
