Assignment2

Your team will be assigned a particular character to write a book about.  Your book must include the following information:

• Creative title
• Characters name (Greek and Roman)
• Family background
• (God/Goddess only) What was their purpose?
• (God/Goddess only)What did they control?
• (God/Goddess only)What is their symbol?
• (God/Goddess only)Describe how this God/Goddess interactacts with another god/goddess
• Describe the physical characteristics.
• Write a summary of the characters life and expereinces. 
• Pictures of the character

You should organize your information to form a factual book for other middle school students who  may not be familiar with Greek Mythology. 

Assignment 3

Create a poster to accompany your book.  Your poster must include the following:

1. Characters name in Greek and Roman
2. Characters name written using the Greek alphabet.
3. At least 2 different picturers of the character.
4. 5 factual sentences about the character.

Assignment 4

Oral Presenation

Your oral presentation will be in the form of monologue, poem, song or skit.

Monologue:    3-5 minutes

Poem:    20 lines minimum

Song:     3 versus and chorus

Skit:    5-7 minutes

You will perform your presentation for the class on the assigned date.
