Learners
This WebQuest was designed as an enrichment activity for a group of 4-5 2nd grade students. They had just finished reading The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan and were anxious to learn more about Greek culture and mythology. They'll be working independently, though together with my guidance. They have limited experience using the Internet and computers in general, but were very interested in exploring.
This activity fits within our state Information Literacy and Technology standards based upon the Big6 Information Problem Solving Model and within our state Social Studies standards for responsible citizenship and the rights and responsibilities of a person to society.
