You are a member of a Muslim family (two school-age children, a mother, and a father) living in the United States. Your family has decided to go on its first Hajj during the last month of the Muslim year. The total amount of money your family has saved for the trip is $30,000.00, a lot of money.
Before your family begins the Hajj, it must create a detailed travel plan from the city in which you live. Your family will use various Internet resources to gather information for the trip. Each family member will be responsible for researching and reporting particular sections of the travel plan. All members of your family will research travel requirements and keep track of the expenditures. After you make your travel plans, your family will make an oral and visual presentation to other Muslim families in your neighborhood (your class members) about your upcoming trip.
