I am designing this WebQuest for a class of intermediate high school ESL students. They attend a high needs inner city school and their classes are generally teacher-centered and focus on lower-level thinking skills.

Therefore, one goal of this activity is that it be student-centered and yet maintain helpful and purposeful structure.
