Conclusion

Now that you have completed this WebQuest, you should have a better understanding of the five major world religions. You should be able to recall the major characteristics of each religion, which is part of what will be asked on your Regents exam next June. It is important to realize the common traits all religions have. All religions have one or more deity, a code of conduct, and a sacred text. It is also important to notice that religions affect the way of life of people. Their every task and personal belief is probably based on their faith in one way or another. It is important to understand the common thread through all world religions in order to have understanding and tolerance for others. No aspect of another person's religion and culture is "weird", it's different!
