Task

At the end of your investigation, you will have classified several pieces of evidence (pictures) into the geometric shape categories listed below:

• Triangle
  
• Quadrilateral
  
• Pentagon
  
• Hexagon
  
• Octagon
  

1.  Create a poster showing a picture of each of the geometric shapes listed above.  2.  Label each of the shapes. 3.  Draw pictures, take photos, or cut out of magazines every day objects that includes that shape.  (example:  A roof on a house has a triangle shape.)  Highlight the shape with a dark crayon.
