This WebQuest is designed to give students an opportunity to explore and discover the characteristics of geometric shapes. Utah State Math Core Third Grade, Standard 3, Objective 1.
Everyone loves being a detective. Help your students feel this enthusiasm as they go about their investigation. Students will find the information much more interesting as they discover it on their own.
This activity is good for a simple beginning activity at the first of the year.
