This webquest is for 3rd graders. The quest will be for students to compare their lives to those of Native American children of the same age. They will compare all parts of thier lives so the students will understand what life was like for Native Americans and then compare it to their own lives.

Teacher Introduction

 I wrote this web quest for 3^rd graders in mind. However 4^th or higher grades could do this as well.  This lesson is part of the Utah 3^rd grade curriculum.  We focus on community and talk about what is the importance of living in a community. Native Americans were the first communities in Utah so this web quest is perfect to talk about what things happen in a community. Then when you bring the students? own lives into talking about Native Americans the students will have an easier time connecting to real world concepts.
