My webquest is mainly for science. Students will research wetlands and Utah population. They will make a decision on whether or not to build a dam that will bring more water to Utahns, but may also damage some of Utah's wetlands.
Teacher Introduction
This webquest was designed to teach students about wetlands. I wanted their learning to have significance to them now, so in this webquest students research legislation that will impact some of the wetlands in Utah. They are then asked to decide how they would vote if they were a member of congress. Their job is to convince others to vote their way as well.
