Teacher Process

I use this unit as a supplement to the instruction in my textbook.  I go over the unit in the textbook with the students and thoroughly exlpain the events and the impact they had on the colonists with my students. 

Once we are about half way through the events, I send them to this WebQuest.  I give them about three hours total in the computer lab in the first week and expect the rest of the project to be done at home.  I give them another week (a total of two weeks for the project) to complete their research and finish their projects.
