Interactive poetry reading designed to introduce first graders to the art of poetry, and engage them in pre-writing activities while buiding technology skills.

Teacher Introduction

This pre-writing lesson will expose children to poetry while sparking their imagination to create how they would like to end the poem. This activity is inviting because if they are not able to read the poem by themselves, the computer will do it for them in a dramatic way.
