Teacher Process

Working with a partner can sometimes be a challenge for third graders.  Try to consider the reading level, work ethic, and disposition of the students you pair.  I give each partner  a "Partner" checklist and review it with them to let them know what is expected of each of them. The checklist is provided below.

I also give each partner a copy of the "Regions of Georgia Notes" prior to having them begin their research.  The form I use is provided below.

The length of the WebQuest and presentation will vary, depending on the skill and prior experience of the students.  The most time-consuming step is typing, editing, and publishing the Micro Soft report.
