This webquest was designed to help middle school students think about career interests they may wish to pursue after high school.

Teacher Introduction

Do you want to help your students start thinking about and becoming interesting in their future? Do you want to help them be more successful as they enter high school, college and the "real world"? By helping your students realize their strengths and interests and start thinking about career goals, you will be doing just that.

This web quest is a great way to get students involved in thinking about their future career goals and what they want to do with their lives once they leave high school. By researching information on different careers, students can find out what careers interest them and what careers they know they do not want to pursue. Students who think about their future early can plan their high school career around taking classes related to that career, possibly job shadowing and learning the skills they need to help them be successful in the future.
