This WebQuest is designed to highlight aspects of the life of Queen Elizabeth I so that the students understand this monarch better.
Introduction
I was just sitting down to breakfast this morning when I heard a knock on my door. When I answered it, I found a very sullen looking man standing before me. He said, "The Queen... she has passed..." He was very glum. "We would like you to find someone who can write the obituary for us." I agreed and decided that perhaps it would be a contest I could present to my class. So, I have come to you now with this task. In groups of three, you will need to write an obituary for Queen Elizabeth I of England.
