This lesson plan was designed with 7th grade Language Arts/English students in mind, but the lesson could also be adapted to 6th or 8th grade students with some minor adjustments:
More background research could be added for the 8th grade level, particularly Norse and Anglo-Saxon mythology.
For the 6th grade level, the lesson can remain as is but students could instead work together as a group to complete the WebQuest, rather than as individuals.
