Task
The time is set during the 1920's, and you are a newspaper reporter for the Harlem Home Journal. The soldiers have just returned home from World War I and great accomplishments are happening in the United States. New inventions are being made, new authors and poets are coming forth, sporting events are becoming popular, and jazz music is rushing towards the country. Everyone is intrigued by these new characters. Your job will be to research the individual of your choice and write a column for the community newspaper about your character. As you research your character, ask yourself "What did this person do to make the decade roar?"
