This webquest is designed for students in the 7th grade, although it could easily be modified to fit the needs of many learners. It fits best in a mathematics class, however other classes that are working with scale drawings (i.e. drafting, art) could also benefit from this webquest. The concept of purchasing items within a budget is another cross-curricular skill that students in many classes could benefit from the practice.
