This is a WebQuest designed for First and Second Grade students to strengthen their ability to count coins and become coin experts!

Teacher Introduction

Dear fellow teachers,

Hope this WebQuest can be helpful to you and your students in learning about coins.  Many times the primary grade students that I teach love to work with coins, but need more practice recognizing, counting and adding them.  I designed this WebQuest to enhance the students' understanding of coins and to provide further extensions and exploration for students that are ready to go beyond the basic skills of coin counting.
