Task

You will create three new (made-up) animals. Each animal must be given at least three physical traits or adaptations that will give it a survival advantage in one of the three environments as described below.

Specific tasks: 

1. Create one new animal that will live in each of the following environments: tundra, grassland, and desert. (That makes a total of three animals. Make up a name for each animal.)
2. Give each animal three physical traits or adaptations that will help it survive in its environment. Describe in detail how each of these adaptations will give it a survival advantage.
3. Make a drawing of each animal. Label the three adaptations you created.
4. Prepare a multimedia presentation (powerpoint, etc.) to show how your animal will survive in its environment. Include photos of the environment, drawings of your animals, and your explanations.
