PROCESS

1.  Choose a partner to become a merterologist team.

2.  One member of the team is going to research tornados.  Go to the websites to become an expert and learn about your topic.  Don't forget to answer the study guide questions. ( websites provided below) 

3.  One member will be researching hurricanes.  Go to the websites to become an expert and learn about your topic.  Don't forget to answer th study guide questions(websites provided below)   

4.  Learn more about you topic by answering the study guide questions.  This will steer you in the right direction to becoming an expert.

5.  After you have covered your topic, write a paragraph consisting of at least 5 sentences.  These five sentences will show that you have become an expert on your weather disaster.  After your paragraph, list at least 3 tips for preparing for your specific disaster. 

6.  Your meterologist team will then present your information to the class while being video taped.  The tape will be sent to Sally Forcaster.
