Task

Students will participate in a three phase assignment to complete this quest.

Phase one will be to gather historical and geographical information about the Incan Trail and Machu Picchu, the lost civilization.  Phase two will be to create a travel itinerary for an archeological trip to Peru in search of Machu Picchu.  Phase three will be a creative writing assignment with a choice of two topics:  The Temple of the Priests and the disappearance of Machu Picchu.  A fantasy style paper is encouraged.
