The number of tourists visiting Canada has declined from 2004. By educating potential travelers about the unique experiences Canada offers, we can reverse that trend.

Teacher Introduction

This unit will focus on the study of Canada’s geography, culture and history. Canada consists of 10 provinces and 3 territories. Students will be given a province or territory to study with their partner. They will be asked to create a PowerPoint presentation in which they highlight specific features of their province or territory in an effort to promote tourism to that area.
