The Learners
This Webquest has been designed specifically with a Year One cohort in mind (Age: 5to 6). I suggest however that it is also highly suitable for up to Year 3. For this reason, text in this quest will be brief and simple and web links will be low level reading. As it was difficult to find web links on this topic to a level totally suitable to beginning readers, it is imperative that teachers guide and read the readings with/for the learners. We have found that the material provides good material for class discussion and that most have some experience with the issue.
