Task
Your school has been selected as an exhibit site for several famous photographers' works, and you have been hired as a curator.
It's your job to research and create a timeline of the photographer's life. It must include their date of birth and death (if deceased) 5-7 major events during the photographer's lifetime that you can relate to their artwork. You must include a picture representative of the event and the photographer's age at the time. In addition to this, you must discover 3 to 5 people who influenced the photographer or were influenced by the the aritst. Briefly discuss their influence and include a picture of the person or their work Make sure that you place the people in the appropriate timeframe. Carefully select a minimum of two representative photographs of the featured artist. (Be sure that you observe all copyright restrictions!) Under each photo describe who, what, when, and where for each.
You are encouraged to work with other curators to incorporate artists who lived during the same time period or shared other traits. You may fuse your artists with others in the 13' x 4' display areas.
