Teacher Process
This webquest lesson was created to take a week to complete.
Day 1: My students took a pre assessment based on the information I would have them be researching to see what they already knew.
Day 2: The students worked with their groups to gather their information on a sheet that was created for them, so they would not forget what to find. Two groups were on the computers, while two groups were visiting the class library and listening center.
Day 3: Students worked in their groups again. This time they were at the center they had not visited the day prior.
Day 4: The students created their seasons poster to present to the class. Magazines and seasonal cut outs were available for them to use.
Day 5: The students presented their poster and taught the class about their season. Then, the students retook the assessment they took at the beginning of the week to measure what they had learned.
