Introduction
Welcome to Drum Search!! How many kinds of drums do you think there are in the world? Drums have been around since at least 6000 BC and are found in practically every culture. You can probably name and describe several different kinds of drums that are found in American musical groups. You may even be good at playing some of them.
Did you ever wish that you could travel around the world to see and hear drums from other cultures? We are lucky enough to have quite a few drums to play in our classroom and you will learn more about them as we travel to distant lands. There are some AMAZING drums to be found on this journey, so come along and discover the awesome world of drums!
